In 1985 he made his first activities as a drummer and autoditact programmer for various projects. He's also one of the founders of the 'n.g. medien' label that made many audio tapes for divers electronic music. In 1998 he made he releases his first songs as 'Lassigue Bendthaus'. In the early 90's he produced mainly for the area in Frankfurt together with various DJ's originated from that area. In 1992 his records where released worldwide.

Own label
In 1994 he founded his own label 'rather interesting' whose aim it is to start a development apart from existing paths of electronic music. During these years 'Atom Heart' collaborated with musicians such as Pete Namlook, Bill Laswell, Tetsu Inoue, Haruomi Hosono, Victor Sol, Dandy Jack, Marc Behrens and many other artists. besides releases on his own label he continues producing records for other labels.

1997, Santiago de chile
Being a source of the weird and unknown face of synthetic sound, atom heart is leaving his hometown frankfurt to move his activities and his headquarter to the city of santiago de chile. He wanted to disconnect from the european influence of music and develope an own language of sound. But songs where conintuesed to be released to Europe and Japan.

Pop Artificielle
In 1999 the album 'Pop Artificielle' was released, an album with Pop covers with big success in whole Europe.

Cover versions of Kraftwerk
In 2000 Atom Heart made some covers of kraftwerk songs released on a new album called 'El Baile Aleman'.
